Federal Revenue Programs Supervisor

North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.  We are looking for a Federal Revenue Programs Supervisor to join our dedicated team.  At North Bay, we’re promoting opportunities by supporting choices for people with developmental disabilities.


The Federal Revenue Programs Supervisor is responsible for NBRC’s CMS Final Rule implementation. This position plans, coordinates and monitors Federal programs to include Targeted Case Management, Time Study, HCBS Waiver, 1915(i) SPA, Self Determination Program, Nursing Home Reform and Institutional Deeming.

Minimum Education and Experience

Completion of a Master’s Degree in a field which offers content related to regulation compliance, system changes and/or developmental disabilities, such as organizational development, public administration social work, psychology, or other related degree.  Three years of paid professional experience after the degree, at least one of which is in the field of developmental services and one year supervisory experience in his/her specialty field.


A Bachelor’s Degree and two years in another professional position at North Bay Regional Center or another Regional Center.

Special Requirements

Possession of a valid driver’s license, and minimum legal automobile liability insurance, or access to another form of reliable transportation.

 Salary Range

$67,800  $90,912 with opportunities for 5% increases annually
