Receptionist – Client Services Assistant – Clerical

Note: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are desirable


Under the direction of the Administrative Office Supervisor, serves as the office receptionist and provides office support and clerical assistance to a client services unit.


Equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of responsible general clerical or office administrative experience.


Graduation from business school and two years experience.


Minimum qualifications may be waived depending on the agency’s need for specialized skills (such as language abilities).

Must type at a minimum rate of 50 net words per minute from handwritten or printed copy.



Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required.

A valid driver’s license and minimum legal automobile insurance are required and the ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements.

$38,076 – $51,072 with opportunities for 5% increases annually
