Who We Serve
North Bay Regional Center provides advocacy, services, support, and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties.
We partner with community-based organizations and agencies to empower our clients to thrive and live as independently as possible within the geographically, culturally, and ethnically diverse communities we serve.

North Bay Regional Center serves over 10,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Guided by our NBRC Mission and Values to assist people with developmental disabilities to obtain the services and supports needed to live as others do in the community, NBRC has established Strategic Goals to guide our efforts in focused areas: employment, independence, community access and family supports.

Note: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.
Position
Provides administrative support and assistance to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, Resource Development, Federal Revenue, Information Technology (IT), Emergency Management and Facilities Department, SDP, Quality Assurance staff and agency departments, as needed.
Minimum Education/Experience
Equivalent to graduation from high school; three years paid clerical experience.
OR
Graduation from business school or other two-year post high school secretarial program and two years experience. Must know Microsoft Word have the ability to type 50 WPM.
Special Requirements
Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required.
A valid driver’s license and minimum legal automobile insurance are required and the ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements. This position will be primarily based in the office; however remote work may also be available.

Salary
$46,104 – $50,832 with opportunities for 5% increases annually
