Client Services Assistant – Early Intervention – Napa

North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.  We are looking for a Client Services Assistant to join our dedicated team.  At North Bay, we’re promoting opportunities by supporting choices for people with developmental disabilities.

POSITION

Provides administrative support and assistance to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, Resource Development, Information Technology (IT), Quality Assurance staff and agency departments, as needed.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Equivalent to graduation from high school; three years paid clerical experience.

OR

Graduation from business school or other two-year post high school secretarial program and two years experience.  Must know Microsoft Word have the ability to type 50 WPM.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required.

A valid driver’s license and minimum legal automobile insurance are required and the ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements.  This position will be primarily based in the office; however remote work may also be available.

Under a mandate issued by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) on September 28, 2021, all Regional Center Employees must be fully vaccinated by November 30, 2021, or be approved for a medical or religious exemption by NBRC. If offered a position at NBRC, all newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of vaccination, or to engage with NBRC in an interactive discussion regarding a potential medical or religious exemption.

Salary

$38,076 – $51,072 with opportunities for 5% increases annually
