North Bay Regional Center provides advocacy, services, support, and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties.
We partner with community-based organizations and agencies to empower our clients to thrive and live as independently as possible within the geographically, culturally, and ethnically diverse communities we serve.

North Bay Regional Center serves over 10,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Guided by our NBRC Mission and Values to assist people with developmental disabilities to obtain the services and supports needed to live as others do in the community, NBRC has established Strategic Goals to guide our efforts in focused areas: employment, independence, community access and family supports.

Under the general supervision of the Federal Revenue Programs Supervisor the IQM develops an internal audit system to track compliance of federal and state consumer documentation criteria; completes case audits to evaluate compliance; completes monthly reports of audit results on Medicaid Waiver, Targeted Case Management, IPP, Client Contacts, CDERS and other criteria as may be required by regulation; completes Medicaid Waiver determinations of eligibility; provides staff training related to documentation and federal revenue issues; makes contacts as needed with consumers, families and vendors related to federal revenue issues;  provides recommendations on continuous quality improvement of client documentation; shall act occasionally, as assigned in a supervisory or lead capacity.


A Master’s degree from an accredited university in a field related to developmental disabilities


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field which offers content to developmental disability such as social work, psychology, counseling, special education or nursing and three years’ employment in a field related to developmental disabilities.

This position is office based.  Remote work may be available after established performance expectations are met.

Under a mandate issued by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) on September 28, 2021, all Regional Center Employees must be fully vaccinated by November 30, 2021, or be approved for a medical or religious exemption by NBRC. Also, all NBRC employees must receive their booster dose no later than March 1, 2022, or no later than 15 days after becoming eligible for the booster.  If offered a position at NBRC, all newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of vaccination, or to engage with NBRC in an interactive discussion regarding a potential medical or religious exemption.

 Salary Range:

$61,116 – $81,936 with opportunities for 5% increases annually


  • Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required.
  • Ability to provide personal automobile transportation, or access to another form of reliable transportation, during and after working hours.  Provide minimum automobile liability insurance as required by California Law.
  • This position will be primarily based in the office, however, remote work may also be occasionally available.

Flexibility in work hours is required to meet needs of the regional center constituency.
