Internal Quality Monitor


Under the general supervision of the Federal Revenue Programs Supervisor the IQM develops an internal audit system to track compliance of federal and state consumer documentation criteria; completes case audits to evaluate compliance; completes monthly reports of audit results on Medicaid Waiver, Targeted Case Management, IPP, Client Contacts, CDERS and other criteria as may be required by regulation; completes Medicaid Waiver determinations of eligibility; provides staff training related to documentation and federal revenue issues; makes contacts as needed with consumers, families and vendors related to federal revenue issues;  provides recommendations on continuous quality improvement of client documentation; shall act occasionally, as assigned in a supervisory or lead capacity.


A Master’s degree from an accredited university in a field related to developmental disabilities


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field which offers content to developmental disability such as social work, psychology, counseling, special education or nursing and three years employment in a field related to developmental disabilities.

Salary Range

$53,796 – $72,120 with opportunities for 5% increases annually
