VENDOR Announcement: State of Emergency Billing Information

Dear Vendor Community,

It is our sincere hope that this memo finds you safe during this past week with the Kincade Fire and the ongoing Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). In a time of such disaster, we are proud of our communities pulling together to take care of each other.

North Bay Regional Center received the Governor’s State of Emergency (SOE) notification. Please note, the regulation cited, CCR §54326(a) (11), allows the Regional Center to pay vendors for absences that are the direct result of, or related to, the fires.

When billing for the month of October 2019, vendors may bill for services for closure days related to the fires. We recommend that our vendors keep clear supporting documentation for the closure days billed under the SOE. Please see billing instructions:  SOE Billing information Kincade Fire 10-2019.
