The Department of Developmental Services has teamed up with WestEd to launch a series of family surveys to better understand the transition and inclusion experiences of children aged 3-11 years old who receive regional center services. Also, families with children 3-22 years old are welcome to share what they’ve learned from past experience. Survey participation will be open between now through March 2025.
