Voter Registration

Are you registered to vote? If you are over 18 you can register to vote and NBRC can help.

You can now register to vote online by visiting the California Secretary of State.  You will need your California driver license or identification card number, the last four digits of your social security number, and your date of birth.  Your information will be provided to the California Department of Motor Vehicles to retrieve a copy of your DMV signature.

You can also come in to an NBRC office and request a voter registration application.  You will be assisted with completing your registration, if needed, or you can take the application with you and submit it at your local DMV, post office, or many other government offices. Or, you can also register by clicking here and accessing NBRC’s unique voter registration portal.

Learn more about voter registration and your rights to vote. Voting is an important right to everyone because it gives us  a voice on who will  be our elected officials at the local, state, and federal level. Everyone should at least register to vote and study the  candidates who are running. You may decide you don’t want to vote, which is also our right. However, we need the information to decide. North Bay Regional Center will assist you in  filling out a voters registration form at both our Napa  and Santa Rosa offices. Just tell the receptionist you need help filling out the form and she will get you a person to assist you.
