The Public Policy Advisory Committee of our Board is hosting a Legislative Breakfast on April 19th at our Santa Rosa office between 9AM and 10:30AM. This year, the focus of the event will be increasing access to services for our Spanish-speaking community. The event will be held in Spanish with English interpretation. In observance of Cesar Chavez Day, our offices will be closed on Monday April 1, 2024. Our after-hours service remains available for non-medical emergencies at 1-800-884-1594. Known as a Latino American civil rights activist, Cesar Chavez led in the struggle for fair wages and humane working conditions for farm workers and their families. In honor of his cause, we wish you a Happy Cesar Chavez Day!

Women’s History Month-Cultural Event March 27th

Join us for a Women’s History Month Event on Wednesday, March 27th, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Becoming Independent in Santa Rosa, CA for NBRC individuals and families. The day will feature a resource fair, activities, and speakers, including our very own Consumer Advocate, Ellen Sweigert! Additionally, there will be a Self-Portrait Art Contest for those we serve. Art submissions are due by 3/25!
