Imagine transforming the way your team connects with and supports people every day. Person-Centered Thinking is a powerful approach that empowers your staff to provide support that truly is meaningful to the people they support daily. This training is more than just learning; it’s about embracing a mindset that places the person at the center of everything we do.

Here’s what you can expect from this engaging, virtual, and interactive training:

  • Develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of each person’s unique perspective.
  • Learn the importance of balance between what is important to and for the person, striving to improve well-being and happiness.
  • Master the skill of capturing and building upon valuable insights about the people we support.
  • Learn tools to create a roadmap (Person-Centered Descriptions) to understand and empower each person, ensuring their voices are heard.

This is more than just better paper, it’s about providing better support to help people live meaningful lives.

This training is VIRTUAL and will be held on Zoom on February 5th and 9th from 9am-5pm. Certificates of Completion will be awarded to those that attend the training in its entirety.
