You select the camp, and we will do our best to find an enthusiastic mentor to accompany your child to help them adjust to the camp schedule, navigate activities, facilitate social interactions, and be as fully included as possible in the camp setting. Click here for more information.

Supporting Children with Executive Functioning Challenges

Parents will learn about the common challenges that are associated with executive dysfunction and several strategies that can be used to support issues such as task completion, planning, organization skills, etc. When? April is Autism Awareness Month and the local premiere of the documentary film “The Family Next Door”- which was featured in the Napa Valley film Festival- is getting rave reviews.  The family featured in this film, the Lunds,  have four children, two of whom are on the autism spectrum.  One is a freshman in the high school;  the other is in second grade. Click here to view the trailer. It will be premiering on April 12^th @ 6:30 at the Brenden Theatre in Vacaville.  The event will be free, but donations to TEAM Vacaville will be gladly accepted.
