13th Annual Sonoma County Transition Fair
Supporting students with disabilities and their families in the transition to adult life.
We are going virtual! The Transition Fair this year will be held virtually each evening during the week of March 15-19th from 4-6pm.

Thursday, March 18th: Wraparound or Support Services

INTERPRETERS AVAILABLE
Spanish interpretation is planned for all sessions.
