Family Public Health Resource Fair- Sonoma County

An internal informational resource fair for Sonoma County Public Health Nurses and Social Workers at their downtown office at 625 5th street, on November 5th from 9:00-11:00am. We will have staff available to teach about NBRC services and what we do for our community, specifically adults with cognitive delays.

Other agencies participating will be Community Action Partnership, Early Learning Institute, The Family Justice Center, Catholic Charities, COTS, Early Head Start, and the Behavioral Health Access Team.
