Vaccinations

Vaccinations can be received by contacting your primary care physician or by registering through California Department of Public Health (CDPH) in the county that you work or live. All Regional Center clients in California who are 16 or older are eligible for the vaccination effective 3/15/21. Please note that eligibility for the vaccination does not guarantee actual access for the vaccination due to limited supply.

Registering For Vaccinations

These sites can be used for any county to assist with making an appointment for vaccinations.

The Federal Pharmacy Program is being implemented incrementally based on the available supply, with select retail pharmacy locations providing COVID-19 vaccine to eligible individuals.

Vaccination sites will be updated regularly. Eligibility for NBRC vaccination sites may be expanded if appointments are not filled. Check back regularly for updated information.

For all eligible tiers

  • NorthBay Medical – Walk-Up Clinic: Pfizer (2 doses) available for all NBRC clients that are 16 or older.
  • Location: OptumServe: Fairfield – Appointments are required.  Click on the My Turn link to schedule an appointment. Every Monday through Friday: https://myturn.ca.gov/

Sonoma County:

  • Kaiser Petaluma – Pfizer vaccine available for all NBRC clients that are 16 or older. Contact your Service Coordinator or email vaccine@nbrc.net for registration information.
  • Roseland Library (779 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa) – *Walk-ins welcomed
  • 4/24/21 – Location: 1Care in Santa Rosa – Register Through: MyTurn *Open to anyone who lives or works in Sonoma County 18+.

Napa County:

For vaccine registration information please contact your Service Coordinator or email vaccine@nbrc.net.

Vaccinations are no-cost and available to all current eligible groups (age 16+) regardless of health insurance or immigration status.

 You do not need to be a Kaiser member.

The first dose was given on Friday, April 16th and each participant was automatically reserved an appointment for their second dose on Friday, May 7th at the same time/same location as their first dose. The Pfizer vaccine is being administered at this event, and you need to only bring a photo ID.

 The vaccine clinic will be held at the following location:

 Meritage Resort and Spa Carneros Ballroom, 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558.

 Appointments are available between 9 and 11:45 am and 1:00 pm – 3:45 pm via the following LINK.


DDS Vaccination Eligibility Letters

DDS and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) have elevated Direct Service Providers, Family Members, and Regional Center Employees that meet specific criteria to Phase 1A.  Each individual will need to provide supporting documentation along with the letter below.  Family members can contact their Service Coordinator (SC) to request a letter supporting that they are eligible to receive the vaccination.
