We have an important update regarding leadership at NBRC.
Our Executive Director, Gabriel Rogin, has accepted a position with our statewide Association of Regional Center Agencies (ARCA) and will be leaving NBRC. We wish to formally acknowledge Gabriel’s leadership over the past 8 years, which has created a strong and stable foundation for the organization.
We are pleased to announce that Deanna Mobley, Director of Intake & Clinical services at NBRC, has accepted the position of Interim Executive Director and will officially assume the role on April 2, 2026.
We are confident in Deanna’s ability to provide steady leadership, thoughtful management, and continuity during this transition. She will be working closely with Gabriel to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. We extend our best wishes as they assume their new roles while remaining in full support of the developmental services system!
