Community Health Initiative Helps with Open Enrollment

This year CHI is assisting with Medicare open enrollment. They have 5 certified insurance agents that can not only educate the seniors and individuals with disabilities on their options but assist with enrollment at no cost.
Clients can get information and assistance with:
-Original Medicare (Part A & B)
-Medicare supplements (Medigap)
-Medi-Cal
-Assistance with Renewals, billing issues and so much more!!

Developmental Disabilities Resources for Healthcare Providers

This project is funded by a grant from the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) as part of its Wellness Initiative. The Digest is guided by an advisory committee of physicians with specialized expertise in developmental disabilities and implemented by the UCSD CME.  The primary goal of this site is to improve the health of persons with developmental disabilities.
