11th Annual Sonoma County Transition Fair

The 11th annual Transition Fair will be held on Tuesday, March 5th 2019 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, at the Finley Community Center, 2060 West College Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.

This free event is designed to help students and their families learn about services for individuals with special needs as they transition from school-based programs to adulthood. Sonoma County special education students in middle school, high school, and post-secondary programs and their families are invited to attend. Spanish interpreters will be available.

Do you have a student with disabilities who is in middle school, high school, or post-secondary education? If so, it’s time to discover the possibilities for their adult future!

Get valuable information about and meet with representatives from:

• Higher Education
• Vocational Training/Employment Options
• Adult Day Programs
• Residential Options
• Health/Mental Health Services

Speaker Presentation:

This year’s presentation will feature a representative from North Bay Regional Center who will discuss the variety of vocational options for adults that are available after completion of public education.
