HCBS Grant Application Period is Open FY 20-21

HCBS Compliance Activities Funding

In recognition that service providers will need to continue taking steps towards modifying their services, the fiscal year 2020-21 enacted budget contains $15 million to fund changes that are necessary for providers to come into compliance with the HCBS rules by March 2023.

2020-21 HCBS Compliance Grant Guidelines have been released and the application period now open. Grant applications are due no later than February 12th,2021. Completed applications should be emailed to:HCBSgrants@nbrc.net
