On Wednesday August 16th at 6pm-7pm, North Bay Regional Center shared information regarding our caseload ratios representing Service Coordinators to individuals served as of March 1, 2023, and our plan to improve them. We encouraged public ideas and recommendations from all stakeholders, including Service Providers, board members, families, and individuals we serve.
